Terms of Service
Last updated: 27 August 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of domainsnavigator.com (the “Site”). By using the Site you accept these Terms.
1. What the Site does
The Site provides an interactive directory of country-code top-level domains (ccTLDs) and a free tool that checks whether a given domain name appears to be available for registration. The Site is free of charge and requires no registration.
2. No guarantee of results
- Availability results are obtained from public domain registries (RDAP) and the public DNS system, and are provided for information only.
- A result marked as “available” or “probably available” is not a guarantee that the domain can actually be registered. Only the relevant registry or an accredited registrar can confirm availability at the moment of registration.
- Results may be cached and therefore not fully up to date.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- query the Site in an automated way (scraping, bulk checking, bots) or otherwise place excessive load on the Site or on the registries it queries;
- attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to the Site;
- use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
We may rate-limit or block traffic that violates these rules.
4. Third-party links and services
The Site contains links to third-party websites, including domain registration services (e.g. monitordomen.pl) and map data providers. We are not responsible for the content, terms or privacy practices of third-party websites. Any registration of a domain takes place outside this Site, under the terms of the respective registrar.
5. Intellectual property
The Site’s layout, texts and branding belong to the Site operator. Map data and tiles are provided by their respective owners (Esri, HERE, Garmin, OpenStreetMap contributors) under their own licences. Factual data about ccTLDs (such as which country uses which extension) is public information.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Site — including decisions made on the basis of availability results. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
7. Changes and termination
We may change, suspend or discontinue the Site or any of its features at any time. We may also update these Terms; the current version, with its date, is always available on this page. Continued use of the Site after a change means acceptance of the updated Terms.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
9. Contact
